Shipping policy

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Orders placed Monday to Wednesday before 12:00 pm (AEST) are typically dispatched the same business day.

Orders placed after 12:00 pm Wednesday, or on Thursday, Friday, weekends, or public holidays, will be processed and dispatched on the next business day, usually Monday.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

While we make every effort to keep our inventory up to date, occasional stock shortages or supplier delays can occur that are beyond our control. This may include items that are temporarily out of stock, on back order, or delayed in transit from our suppliers.

If this affects your order, we will contact you as soon as possible by phone or email to advise you of the situation.

You will then have the option to:

• Wait for the item to become available and be dispatched, or
• Receive a full refund, which will be processed promptly upon your request.
