Prices for Phone, Fax and Mail orders AND In-Store sales are subject to change without notice.

Orders placed over the phone may be subject to freight.
All prices are supply only and any fitting costs in our workshop will incur labour charges.

Vince Strang Motorcycles are not responsible for any typographical errors, omissions, inclusions or other errors on our web pages.
Much of our information is taken directly from the manufacturers/distributors, including style, colour, sizing and availabilty of items/products.
While the information supplied is deemed reliable, it is not guaranteed.
We will not be liable for any of their errors.
Images are for illustrative purposes only and we try to obtain the most accurate and current product images. Many of our images are provided by the manufacturer and/or distributor responsible for their respective brand.

We endeavour to ship your order  via Australia Post eParcel the same day, if your order is received prior to midday on week days. Orders placed over the weekend will be picked and packed on the next business day. 

Occasionally delays on items may occur that are out of our control. Examples include nil stock or back orders not filled by our supplier, shipping delays etc. You will be notified immediately if this occurs, either by phone call or e-mail. You will have a choice to wait for the product or a full refund will be processed immediately upon your request.

If you happen to order the wrong size, colour, or you have just simply changed your mind about a product, we will happily exchange your item within 30 days of delivery if the item is not worn or damaged, and all original tags and packaging are still intact.
You can submit a Return Request on the website or by contacting us by phone. Once the request has been authorised by a member of our team, you can pack up your item and send it back.
Items should be returned with a copy of the purchase receipt and a copy of your Return Request (or a note detailing the refund or exchange if you have contacted us by phone). 
Should you wish to exchange or refund a product outside of the 30 day period, we are inclined to charge a re-stocking fee on some products. This fee is determined on a case by case basis. 
If a return is a result of our error (ie, received incorrect or defective item), we will pay the return shipping costs.
We recommend that you return your items by registered post, and that you pack your return securely. We do not accept responsibility for parcels that go missing in transit or are damaged when being returned to us.
We cannot process refunds on damaged items; damaged items will be returned to the customer. Parts that have been installed (or damaged while attempting to install) and/or used in any manner will not be accepted for return.
Please allow 5 to 7 business days for us to receive, process and ship your exchange or refund.
