DR650 Suspension Upgrades
VSM offers professional suspension servicing and performance upgrades for DR650 and DR400 models. Our workshop specialises in shock and fork servicing, delivering high-quality results tailored to your riding style and weight.
Rear Shock Services
We offer three levels of rear shock servicing:
1. Standard Rear Shock Service
Complete disassembly and cleaning, oil upgrade and re-gassing.
Cost: $275.00 plus parts if required.
2. Damper Upgrade
Complete disassembly and cleaning, revalving with shim changes to suit rider weight and spring selection, oil upgrade and re-gassing.
Cost: $295.00
Cost with VSM Spring: $540.00
3. DFX Performance Upgrade
As per the damper upgrade above, but fitted with a 3-Stage DFX High Flow Piston for improved suspension performance.
Cost: $574.00
Cost with VSM Spring: $819.00

Fork Service
We find that many DR650 owners are comfortable fitting these kits themselves with our guidance. We can supply the correct components along with instructions to assist with installation.
Available Options:

Correct Spring Set & Fork Oil – Includes the appropriate spring set and fork oil, supplied with installation instructions.
Cost: $295.00 -
Correct Spring Set, Fork Oil & DFX Valves – Includes the appropriate spring set, fork oil and DFX valves, supplied with installation instructions.
Cost: $575.00
If you would prefer us to complete the work, VSM can carry out the service for you. Simply send us your forks and our workshop will strip and clean them before installation.
Workshop service: Additional $220.00 to either of the options above.
